The Wall Street Journal Article that I was quoted in Friday, October 1, 2010. The pretty pictures and big price tags draw a lot of attention but as I tried to explain in my interview, Albemarle House is for a global market. Virginia has no comparables to it and therefore the buyer will most likely be found elswhere. Alebamarle House is a beautiful home and what resonates with me, is that a man who could have lived anywhere in the world, decided that Albemarle County, Virginia was the best place he knew. Some of us lucky enough to live here understand that statement.
